About
As an executive leader with over 20 years of cross-disciplinary expertise in technology, management, and education, I am dedicated to driving sustainable, transformative change.
I hold a Master's in Information Technology Engineering and a Professional MBA in Executive Management and Organizational Leadership, and am currently completing a Professional DBA to further sharpen my strategic and organizational capabilities.
In education, I have collaborated internationally with India's NIIT University on Computer Science, Data Science, and Cybersecurity, contributing to advanced curriculum design and innovative research. I pioneered Qeshm Island's first comprehensive IT training program for teachers—empowering the majority of regional educators—and founded and led Ramkan's first non-governmental preschool and primary schools (for both girls and boys), along with several other educational institutions.
In entrepreneurship and business, I have founded and served as CEO or Board Chair of multiple companies, established Ramkan's inaugural government services counter, and acted as national distributor for Shuttle Mobile.
In senior executive roles, I have directed IT management and information security across major organizations—including airlines, large-scale enterprises, and the country's financial and banking systems—where I served as consultant and executive team leader, overseeing specialized teams in enterprise software development, intelligent systems, and cybersecurity. A landmark achievement was designing and implementing Iran's first national-scale intelligent anomaly detection system, fully aligned with international standards and fundamentally strengthening data security for both public and private sectors.
On the community front, after more than a year of stalled progress, I spearheaded the complete electrification of two initial townships in Ramkan through high-level advocacy at county, provincial, and national levels—delivering full infrastructure in just two weeks. This remains one of the region's most celebrated and enduring successes. I also organized the first certified county-level chess tournaments, launched youth sports and martial arts programs with leading provincial and national coaches (producing provincial medalists), and founded a women's aerobics club featuring top provincial trainers.
Fluent in English, with proven strengths in negotiation, persuasion, meeting facilitation, and leading teams under pressure, I am rigorously results-driven and intolerant of empty rhetoric.

بهعنوان یک مدیر اجرایی با بیش از ۲۰ سال تجربهی میانرشتهای در حوزههای فناوری، مدیریت و آموزش، خود را متعهد به پیشبرد تغییرات تحولآفرین و پایدار میدانم.
دارای کارشناسی ارشد مهندسی فناوری اطلاعات و MBA حرفهای در مدیریت اجرایی و رهبری سازمانی هستم و هماکنون در حال تکمیل DBA حرفهای هستم تا توانمندیهای راهبردی و سازمانی خود را بیش از پیش تقویت کنم.
در حوزه آموزش، با دانشگاه NIIT هند در زمینههای علوم کامپیوتر، علم داده و امنیت سایبری همکاریهای بینالمللی داشتهام و در طراحی برنامههای درسی پیشرفته و پژوهشهای نوآورانه نقشآفرینی کردهام. همچنین نخستین برنامهی جامع آموزش فناوری اطلاعات برای معلمان جزیرهی قشم را پایهگذاری کردم که اکثریت فرهنگیان منطقه را توانمند ساخت و در ادامه، نخستین پیشدبستانیها و مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی رمکان (برای دختران و پسران) را تأسیس، مدیریت و راهبری کردم و در کنار آن، چندین مجموعهی آموزشی دیگر را نیز بنیان گذاشتم.
در عرصه کارآفرینی و کسبوکار، چندین شرکت را تأسیس کردهام و بهعنوان مدیرعامل یا رئیس هیئتمدیره فعالیت داشتهام، نخستین پیشخوان خدمات دولت در رمکان را راهاندازی کردهام و نمایندگی توزیع کشوری شاتل موبایل را بر عهده داشتهام.
در مسئولیتهای ارشد اجرایی، مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات و امنیت اطلاعات را در سازمانهای بزرگ—از جمله شرکتهای هواپیمایی، بنگاههای بزرگمقیاس و سامانههای مالی و بانکی کشور—هدایت کردهام؛ جایی که بهعنوان مشاور و رهبر تیم اجرایی، تیمهای تخصصی توسعه نرمافزارهای سازمانی، سامانههای هوشمند و امنیت سایبری را راهبری کردهام. یکی از دستاوردهای شاخص من، طراحی و پیادهسازی نخستین سامانهی ملی تشخیص هوشمند ناهنجاری در ایران است؛ سامانهای منطبق با استانداردهای بینالمللی که بهصورت بنیادین امنیت داده را در بخشهای دولتی و خصوصی تقویت کرد.
در حوزه اثرگذاری اجتماعی، پس از بیش از یک سال توقف و رکود، با پیگیری و مطالبهگری مؤثر در سطوح شهرستانی، استانی و ملی، پروژه برقرسانی کامل به دو شهرک اولیه رمکان را رهبری کردم و زیرساخت کامل را تنها در دو هفته به سرانجام رساندم؛ موفقیتی که همچنان از ماندگارترین و پرافتخارترین دستاوردهای منطقه بهشمار میآید. همچنین نخستین مسابقات شطرنج شهرستانی دارای تأییدیه و داوری رسمی را برگزار کردم، برنامههای ورزشی و رزمی ویژه نوجوانان و جوانان را با مربیان برجسته استانی و ملی راهاندازی کردم (با خروجی مدالآوران استانی) و باشگاه ایروبیک بانوان را با حضور مربیان تراز اول استان بنیان گذاشتم.
با تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی و با توانمندی اثباتشده در مذاکره، اقناع، تسهیل جلسات و رهبری تیمها در شرایط پرفشار، بهصورت سختگیرانه نتیجهمحورم و تحمل شعارزدگی و حرفهای بیعمل را ندارم.
